Computer Knowledge - Should be good with reading, writing and speaking in English. Should have good computer understanding. Should be able to install OS, software etc. Should be able to track and resolve the hardware and software issues. Should be able to handle server related queries for AD DS, user rights, backup and replications. Good Knowledge of firewall and antivirus. Call logging and follow up for AMC related queries with vendors on emails and call. Network Knowledge - Should have basic knowledge of networking. Should be able to rectify and resolve the network related issues in LAN, WAN, network devices, wireless devices etc. Should be able to use network related tools to resolve the issues. Others - Should be able to handle issues related to printers, projectors, active boards etc. Should be able to monitor and resolve issues of CCTV by coordinating with vendor. Keeping track of AMC renewal. Procurement and negotiation for IT materials with vendors.
