About the Role We are looking for a Cafeteria Administrator to oversee the day-to-day functioning of the school cafeteria and ensure that students and staff receive safe, hygienic, nutritious and timely meals. The ideal candidate should be organised, responsible and proactive, with strong coordination and communication skills. The person will work closely with the cafeteria contractor, school staff, students, Principals and the Head of Schools to ensure smooth and efficient cafeteria operations. Skills & Attributes The ideal candidate should possess: · Excellent organisational and coordination skills · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · A responsible and attentive approach towards student safety and well-being · Knowledge and awareness of food hygiene and safe food-handling practices · Ability to supervise staff and monitor service standards · Good record-keeping and basic administrative skills · Ability to work collaboratively with contractors, school staff and management · A proactive approach with strong attention to detail · Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a school environment Education & Experience · Graduate degree preferred. · Prior experience in school cafeteria management, food service operations, hospitality, catering or a similar administrative role will be an advantage. Candidates with relevant experience in managing food services and working with children or educational institutions will be preferred.
